Moving you from random acts of marketing to scaleable revenue streams

Hello and welcome to Nancarrow Marketing. My name’s Issy, Issy Nancarrow, and I work with young companies and companies that want to scale up that are keen to increase their revenue streams. So typically, I help companies that are in the stage of random acts of marketing that perhaps are working quite well, perhaps are not, and they need to scale, they need to bring in more structure, they need to identify more effectively which pieces of marketing are bringing in ROI and which are not, and to make their digital sales streams, their marketing streams, more scalable to help them to grow.

Typically, I work with small to medium-sized companies across multiple sectors, and I work as part of the leadership team. I can help coach the marketing people that you already have. I can come in if you don’t have marketing resources at the moment to help you identify the highest priorities that you have at the moment and the best way to grow with the resources that you have. So looking at, for instance, where is the lowest hanging fruit? What’s the most effective way to start to get sales to come in on a minimal budget and then scaling up from there?

Typically, my clients, I work with them long-term. In fact, all of them. I can’t think of a single one that hasn’t been with me for many years. And really, the first thing we do is have a chat, discuss where you are at the moment, discuss where you need to be, and see if there is something specific that I can help with, if you’ve got a specific growth goal this year or if you’ve got a specific challenge. So some of the challenges I’ve worked with, for instance, are: “Well, we’ve done a lot of marketing, why aren’t we getting the sales in?”

So for instance, I’ve come in to support current marketing staff to look and identify in their analytics what’s working, what’s not, and how can they improve their current content strategy, their current advertising strategy. I am, of course, well-researched in what is happening around AI and how to get AI recommendations and AI mentions, and how that is—the ways in which it’s similar and different to traditional SEO, and how that is changing the market, and how the points of contact with potential customers online are drastically changing with the way that people are now using AI in the context of both B2B and B2C.

And I have helped customers identify new new markets, so geographic markets or new types of customers, to identify how to reach out to them, how to best be placed in front of them, what to say in order to get them to engage in your product, and from there, how to start to build leads that the sales team can then tap into.

So on my case studies, you can see the results that I’ve had. I don’t like to say stats because, really, the results depend very much on the situation you are in at the moment and the resources you have. But we’re looking at, so for instance, in one case, a 44% increase in revenue within a specific project within a period of three months. But that’s certainly not a number that I would want you to grab onto because it depends very much on a number of factors.
