I work primarily with high-potential scale-ups (5–50 staff) in the £0.5M to £4M turnover range. These are organisations at a critical tipping point—they have product-market fit but need to upgrade their commercial infrastructure to scale.

Hobbies

Outside of work I am a fanatical climber, mountaineer and trail runner.

Languages

I speak intermediate conversational Spanish and have managed the transition of marketing communications to a wider range of European languages and cultures.

Charity

My core values have led to my ongoing charitable involvement throughout my live in various forms. The above depicts the collection of baby supplies and food to refugees on the Ukrainian border.
